Changs Ascending Enterprise Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2020. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 52.336 million compared to TWD 76.929 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 11.230 million compared to TWD 8.789 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 10.896 million compared to TWD 7.946 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.18 compared to TWD 0.14 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 103.854 million compared to TWD 165.031 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 25.161 million compared to TWD 9.687 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 21.723 million compared to TWD 7.885 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.36 compared to TWD 0.14 a year ago.

The Company primarily offers lithium iron phosphate oxide cathode materials, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) devices, as well as lithium-iron assembled batteries, among others. In addition, the Company is involved in the provision of battery related technical services, sale of chargers and raw materials, as well as leasing. Its products are applied in the robots, golf cars, solar light emitting diode (LED), power tools, lawn mowers, lighting systems, home appliances and others. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia.
