Chase Science Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300941) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase not more than CNY 50 million worth of its shares. The shares will be repurchased at a price not more than CNY 25 per share. The program will be funded from company's own funds. The shares repurchased will be used for ESOP and/or equity incentives. The program will be valid for not more than 12 months.
On June 8, 2023, the company announced that it has adjusted its repurchase price from CNY 25 per share to CNY 24.83 per share.
