Chegg, Inc. provided earnings guidance for the first quarter and full year of 2021. For the quarter, the company expects total net revenues in the range of $182 million to $185 million and Chegg Services Revenues in the range of $152 million to $155 million.
For the year, the company expects total net revenues in the range of $780 million to $790 million with a quarterly contribution of approximately 23.5% in first quarter of 2021, 24.5% in second quarter of 2021, 21.5% in third quarter of 2021 and 30.5% in fourth quarter of 2021 and Chegg Services Revenues in the range of $665 million to $675 million.
Chegg, Inc. provides a student-first connected learning platform. The Company is combining generative artificial intelligence (AI) and human capabilities to provide a personalized learning assistant to be included in its Chegg Study offering. Its service and product offerings fall into two categories: Subscription Services, which encompasses its Chegg Study Pack, Chegg Study, Chegg Writing, Chegg Math, and Busuu offerings that can be accessed internationally through its websites and on mobile devices, and Skills and Other, which encompasses its Chegg Skills, advertising services, print textbooks and eTextbooks offerings. Chegg Study subscribers have access to personalized, step-by-step learning support powered by AI, computational engines and subject matter experts. Chegg Study Pack is a premium subscription bundle that includes all of the benefits of Chegg Study, as well as Chegg Writing and Chegg Math. Chegg Skills offers programs on technical skills, including AI and data analytics.
