Chemesis International : ANNOUNCES NEW DATE FOR SHAREHOLDERS MEETING Copy

The Company announces that due to technical difficulties with the conference line in respect of the annual general and special meeting of the shareholders (the 'Meeting') initiated today at 10:00 a.m. (PST), the Company has adjourned the Meeting to 11:00 a.m. (PST) on Thursday, December 31^st at the same meeting locations: physically at 1601 Bayshore Drive, Vancouver, British Columbia V6G 2V4 and via teleconference call at 604-330-7484, subject to further adjournment or postponement.

We note that the Meeting is subject to all applicable restrictions as directed by the British Columbia health authorities with respect to COVID-19.
