CHIeru Co.,Ltd. (JASDAQ:3933) agreed to acquire 30% stake in Saver Corporation from Hiroshi Ninomiya on May 31, 2021. Board of Directors of CHIeru approved the transaction. Transaction is expected to complete on June 30, 2021.
CHIeru Co.,Ltd. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in school education ICT (information and communication technology ) business. The Company is engaged in planning, development, production and sale of systems and digital teaching materials for markets such as elementary schools, junior high schools, high schools, universities and professional schools. The products and services for the high school, university and vocational school markets are based on the lecture support field, teaching material cloud service field, and operation management system field. The products and services for the elementary and junior high school markets are mainly based on the areas of class support and teaching materials.
