Chin Hin Group Berhad (KLSE:CHINHIN) agreed to acquire 4.47% stake in Signature International Berhad (KLSE:SIGN) from Teoh Hai Hin and Por Teong Eng for MYR25 million on February 5, 2024. The purchase consideration of the Proposed Acquisition of approximately MYR25.45 million shall be fully funded via the Group?s internally generated funds. AmInvestment Bank Berhad acted as financial advisor to Chin Hin Group Berhad (KLSE:CHINHIN).
