China Construction Bank Corporation Announces Resignation of Cui Yong as Executive Director and Executive Vice President and Member of Each of the Strategy Development Committee and Risk Management Committee

Due to change of job, Mr. Cui Yong has tendered his resignation to the board of directors (the "Board") of China Construction Bank Corporation (the "Bank" or "CCB") as executive director, executive vice president and member of each of the Strategy Development Committee and Risk Management Committee of the Board of the Bank.
