China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. Announces Resignation of Wu Guofang as Member of Executive Committee

China Galaxy Securities Co., Ltd. announced that Mr. WU Guofang will no longer serve as the Business Director and member of the Executive Committee of the Company due to the adjustment of work arrangements, with effect from 28 March 2024. After resignation of the above positions, Mr. WU Guofang ceased to hold any position in the Company or its holding subsidiaries.

Along with subsidiaries, the Company operates its business through eight segments: the Securities Brokerage segment, the Proprietary Trading and Other Securities Trading Services segment, the Investment Banking segment, the Asset Management segment, the Futures Brokerage segment, the Overseas Business segment, the Private Equity Investment segment, and Others segment. The Securities Brokerage segment provides securities dealing and broking, margin financing and securities lending. The Proprietary Trading and Other Securities Trading Services segment is engaged in trading of equities, bonds, funds, derivatives and other financial products. The Investment Banking segment provides corporate finance services and financial advisory services. The Asset Management segment provides portfolio management, investment advisory and transaction execution services.
