China Huirong Financial Holdings Limited provided earnings guidance for the year ended December 31, 2022. For the year, the company expected the Board expects to record a significant increase in revenue by approximately 65% to 75% as compared to the revenue for the year ended December 31, 2021 (2021: RMB367.8 million); and the Board expected to record a significant decrease in profit attributable to equity holders by approximately 45% to 55% as compared to the profit attributable to equity holders for the year ended December 31, 2021 (2021: RMB87.2 million). The above increase in the revenue for the year ended 31 December 2022 was primarily attributed to the significant increase in revenue generated from the supply chain management business of the Group.

The above decrease in the profit attributable to equity holders for the year ended December 31, 2022 was primarily attributed to the significant decrease in income from changes in fair value of the Group.
