The board of directors of China Shuifa Singyes Energy Holdings Limited (company) announced that, on 16 December 2021, the company and China Power International Development Limited (China Power) entered into a strategic cooperation agreement, pursuant to which the company and China Power will collaborate in various fields such as photovoltaics, wind power, integrated smart energy and energy-saving and low-carbon construction (the "Potential Collaboration"). The project(s) under the Potential Collaboration are expected to reach an installation capacity of five gigawatt. Under the Strategic Cooperation Agreement, the Company and China Power agreed as follows: Cooperation in the development of base-type wind power and photovoltaic projects nationwide: The parties will jointly develop and construct wind power, photovoltaic and other large-scale base projects nationwide.

China Power will arrange for its relevant subsidiaries to undertake project(s) in different locations as appropriate in a timely manner. Cooperation in the development of distributed photovoltaic and integrated smart energy projects in furtherance of sustainable development in the field of new energy: By giving full play to the professional advantages and technical advantages of the parties in new energy technology and comprehensive energy utilisation, the parties will jointly develop distributed photovoltaic power stations, photovoltaic power storage power stations, and integrated source-network load storage and charging projects principally in the Guangdong- Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area with a view of a national expansion. Pursuing the concept of "power generated with low-carbon, a better living", cooperating in low-carbon and zero-carbon architecture and community construction and enhancing the green competitiveness of enterprises: By leveraging their respective professional advantages and governmental resources, the parties are to carry out in-depth cooperative development and re-engineer the energy systems for low-carbon architectures and low-carbon communities to improve the comprehensive energy utilisation efficiency of architectures and communities, and select key areas for large- scale promotion.
