On December 30, 2012, the Renaissance Tlemcen Hotel in Algeria passed its final inspection. The hotel had been constructed by contract by CSCEC which also received the "Certificate of Good Construction" issued by the client.

Renaissance Tlemcen Hotel project, with a building area of 45,000m2 and land area of over 90,000 m2, has the contract value of $200 million. The world conference of Arabian religious leaders was held in the hotel in April 2011. The president of Algeria once praised the hotel and compared it to "a bright pearl inlaid in the crown of Tlemcen". (from Overseas Operations)
