Chiyoda Integre Co.,Ltd. (TSE:6915) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 250,000 shares, representing 2.05% of its issued share capital (excluding treasury stock), for a total purchase price of ¥516.5 million. The shares will be repurchased at a price of ¥2,066 per share.
The purpose of the program is to improve shareholder returns and to implement agile capital policies in response to changes in the business environment. The program will be valid till May 13, 2022. As of April 30, 2022, the company had 12,200,153 shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) and 1,328,776 shares in its treasury.
