ChoiceOne Financial Services, Inc. and ChoiceOne Bank Announces Board Changes

On December 1, 2021, Paul L. Johnson tendered his retirement from the Board of Directors of ChoiceOne Financial Services, Inc. ("ChoiceOne"), effective as of December 25, 2021, in accordance with ChoiceOne's mandatory retirement requirement for members of the Board of Directors. Mr. Johnson currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of ChoiceOne. On December 1, 2021, Jack G. Hendon was appointed as Chairman of the Board of ChoiceOne effective December 25, 2021, to fill the vacancy created by Mr. Johnson’s retirement. On December 1, 2021, Bradley F. McGinnis was appointed to the Board of Directors of ChoiceOne, effective as of December 25, 2021, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Mr. Johnson, for a term that will expire at ChoiceOne's annual meeting of shareholders held in 2024.
