Chongqing Jianshe Vehicle System Co., Ltd (SZSE:200054) agreed to acquire an additional 24.64% stake in Chongqing Construction Han’ang Automotive Thermal Management System Co., Ltd. from Chongqing Jianshe Electromechanical Co., Ltd. on January 14, 2019. Transactional price will be equal to the audit valuation of the transferred stake as of October 31, 2018. After the completion of the transaction, Chongqing Jianshe Vehicle System will hold a 50% stake in Chongqing Construction Han’ang Automotive Thermal Management System Co., Ltd. The transaction is approved by the Board of Chongqing Jianshe Vehicle System.
