The Annual General Meeting of Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) held on 20 April 2023 resolved on a dividend to the shareholders of EUR 0.90 per share. It was resolved that the payment of the dividend shall be made on a monthly basis, with twelve instalments, throughout the year. The first instalment shall be EUR 0.07 per share, payable on 2 May 2023 with record date of 24 April 2023.
The second instalment shall be EUR 0.07 per share, payable on 31 May 2023 with record date of 24 May 2023.
The fifth instalment shall be EUR 0.07 per share, payable on 31 August 2023 with record date of 24 August 2023.
The ninth instalment shall be EUR 0.08 per share, payable on 9 January 2024 with record date of 2 January 2024.
The twelfth instalment shall be EUR 0.08 per share, payable on 28 March 2024 with record date of 21 March 2024.
Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) is a Sweden-based company, which acquires, develops and manages properties within such business segments as grocery and discount store chains. It owns a portfolio consisting of more than 100 properties with lettable area of approximately 437,860 square meters. The portfolio is concentrated primarily in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway. The Companyâs main focus lies on the Helsinki region and the southern part of Finland with tenants mainly being Kesko, Tokmanni and S-Group.
