Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) reported earnings results for the third quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2023. For the third quarter, the company reported sales was EUR 29.77 million compared to EUR 27.79 million a year ago. Net income was EUR 8.03 million compared to EUR 24.2 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was EUR 0.13 compared to EUR 0.49 a year ago.
For the nine months, sales was EUR 89.07 million compared to EUR 78.45 million a year ago. Net income was EUR 13.99 million compared to EUR 90.56 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was EUR 0.23 compared to EUR 1.9 a year ago.
Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) is a Sweden-based company, which acquires, develops and manages properties within such business segments as grocery and discount store chains. It owns a portfolio consisting of more than 100 properties with lettable area of approximately 437,860 square meters. The portfolio is concentrated primarily in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway. The Companyâs main focus lies on the Helsinki region and the southern part of Finland with tenants mainly being Kesko, Tokmanni and S-Group.
