Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was EUR 30.06 million compared to EUR 28.27 million a year ago. Net loss was EUR 33.91 million compared to EUR 10.57 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was EUR 0.6 compared to EUR 0.23 a year ago.
For the full year, sales was EUR 119.13 million compared to EUR 106.72 million a year ago. Net loss was EUR 19.92 million compared to net income of EUR 79.99 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was EUR 0.41 compared to basic earnings per share from continuing operations of EUR 1.66 a year ago.
Cibus Nordic Real Estate AB (publ) is a Sweden-based company, which acquires, develops and manages properties within such business segments as grocery and discount store chains. It owns a portfolio consisting of more than 100 properties with lettable area of approximately 437,860 square meters. The portfolio is concentrated primarily in Sweden, Finland, Denmark and Norway. The Companyâs main focus lies on the Helsinki region and the southern part of Finland with tenants mainly being Kesko, Tokmanni and S-Group.
