NOTICE is hereby given that the 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of CIE Automotive India Limited (Formerly known as Mahindra CIE Automotive Limited) (the Company) will be held on Thursday, 20th June, 2024 at 03:30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conference (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) without the physical presence of the Members at a common venue, in compliance with General Circular Nos. 20/2020 dated 5th May, 2020, 09/2023 dated 25th September, 2023 and other relevant circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs, ("MCA Circulars") and applicable provisions of the Company Act 2013 (The Act).

In compliance with the MCA Circulars and the Circular dated 7th October, 2023 issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), electronic copy of the Notice convening the 25th AGM, the Annual Report for the financial year ended 31st December, 2023 along-with the Login ID and Password for participating in the AGM through VC/ OAVM and cast vote electronically, will be sent only by e-mail, within the statutory timelines, to all the Members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/ Depository(ies).

Members who wish to obtain printed copies of above-mentioned documents can send a request on [e-mail].

Manner in which shareholders whose email addresses are not registered may cast their vote through remote e-voting or e-voting during the AGM:

The login method and process of remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM is same for all the members, except the manner in which the password required to log-in needs to be obtained by the shareholders whose emails are not registered. In case mobile numbers of such shareholders are registered they may obtain the login credentials, post the cut-off date for remote e-voting i.e. 13th June, 2024, by (i) sending SMS: MYEPWD e-Voting Event Number + Folio No. or DP ID Client ID to 9212993399; or (ii) by using "Forgot Password" functionality on the home page ofhttps://evoting.kfintech.com/.Members whose email addresses as well as mobile numbers are not registered must first register the same by following the procedure mentioned above. Book closure notice and Dividend Payment: Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 91 of the Act read with Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that the Register of Members and Transfer Books of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, 14th June, 2024 to Thursday, 20th June, 2024 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the 25th Annual General Meeting and determining the members entitled for dividend. Kindly note that pursuant to the SEBI Master Circular No.: SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD- 1/P/CIR/2023/70 dated 17th May, 2023 read with SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIE/2023/181 dated 17th November 2023, w.e.f. 1st April, 2024, the Dividend will be paid only through Electronic mode to the Members who have updated their KYC details (including bank account details) against their demat account/folios. आदिवासी भागात दर्जदारशिक्ण केंद्रे उभी करून तेथील घटिकांना मुख्

प्वाहात आणणारे,स्त्रियांच्यशिक्णासाठी पुढाकार घेणारे एक वैशिष्ट्यपूर्ण

विद्यपीठ म्णून भारतीविद्यपीठाचा नावलौकिक जगभर आहे.या प्वासात

कुलपती डॉशिवाजीराव. कदम आणि शालेय समितीच्य अध्यकविजयमाला

कदम यांनी मोलाचेयोगदान दिले. ज्य अनेकविश्वसू सहकाऱ्याची आणि

असंख् ज्ञत-अज्ञत हातांची मदत डॉ पतंगराव कदमयांनाविद्यपीठाच्य

उभारणीत मिळाली, त्याच्याविषी कृृतज्तेची भावना मनात आहे.

विद्यपीठाचेविश्‍वद्यलयात रूपांतर करण्यचेस्प् डॉ. पतंगराव

कदम यांनी पाहिले होते. ते १९९६यप्तमध्क्षत उतरले. भारती

विद्यपीठाला भारत सरकारने अभिमतविश्‍वद्यलयाचा दर्जा दिला.

गेल्य २० वर्षात भारतीविद्यपीठ अभिमत विश्‍वद्यलयाने गुणवत्तेच्य

बळावर उत्तम कामगिरी करून नामांकितविश्‍वद्यलय म्णून नावलौकिक

मिळवला. केंद्रीय मनुष्बळविकास मंत्रलयाने ए-ग्रेडयुनिर्व्हसिटी म्णून

उमटिवलेली मोहर, 'नॅक'ने मूल्याकनात आणि पुनर्मूल्याकनात दिलेला अ+

दर्जा, 'एनआयआरएफ'मध्य महाविद्यलयांनीमिळविलेले मानांकनयगोष्टी

विश्‍वद्यलयाच्य नावलौकिकांत मानाचा तुरा खोवणाऱ्य आहेत.

ज्ञननिर्मिती हेही भारतीविद्यपीठाचे एकप्मुख कार्य आहे, हे लक्षत घेऊन भारतीविद्यपीठ विश्‍वद्यलयात संशोधनावर भर दिला जातो. विश्‍वद्यलयाच्य घटिक संस्थामध्य तीन संशोधन संस्थाचा समावेश आहे. त्यतील 'इंटिरअॅक्टिव्रिसर्चस्कूल फॉर हेल् अफेअर्स (ईर्षा) ही संशोधन1) संस्थ आरोग्यविषक शास्त्रांच्यषेत्मध्यक् संशोधन कार्य करते. 'रिसर्च अँड डेव्लपमेंटि सेंटिर इन युटिकलफार्मास्सायन्सस अँड अॅप्लईड केमिस्ट्र' ही2)

कार्य करीत आहे. घटिक संस्थमध्य संशोधन संस्थाचा अंतर्भाव असलेले4) भारती विद्यपीठ विश्‍वद्यलय हे देशातील एकमेव अभिमत विश्‍वद्यलय आहे.यातील 'ईर्षा'या संशोधनसंस्थत जागतिक दर्जाचे संशोधन केले जाते. अनेक परदेशी संशोधक थच्यसंस्संशोधनकार्यात सहभागी झालेले आहेत. महानगरातील आणि आसपासच्य खेड्यातील गरीब रुग्णाना अत्ल् दरात वैद्कीय उपचारमिळावेतयासाठी डॉ. पतंगराव कदम सदैव आग्रही होते. त्यसाठीच त्यानी पुणे, मुंबई आणियेथेसांगलीसुसज्ज रुग्णलये उभारली.
