VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT

REDEMPTION AT MATURITY OF

CNY1,000,000,000 7.75% SENIOR NOTES DUE 2020

Reference is made to the announcements of CIFI Holdings (Group) Co. Ltd. ( 旭 輝 控 股（集 團 ）有 限 公 司) (the "Company") dated 14 September 2018 and 20 September 2018 (the "Announcements") in relation to the issuance of CNY1,000,000,000 7.75% senior notes due 2020 (the "Notes") by the Company. Unless otherwise defined, capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the Announcements.

The Notes matured on 20 September 2020 (the "Maturity Date"). The Company has redeemed the Notes in full at their principal amount together with interest accrued to the Maturity Date. The Company considers that there will be no material impact on its financial position as a result of the redemption of the Notes at maturity. The Notes will be cancelled and delisted from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
