Cincinnati Bell Inc. agreed to acquire Broadband Infrastructure of Lawrenceburg Broadband Communications from City of Lawrenceburg, Indiana for $3 million.

Cincinnati Bell Inc. agreed to acquire Broadband Infrastructure of Lawrenceburg Broadband Communications from City of Lawrenceburg, Indiana for $3 million on December 19, 2022. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2023.
