Citi Trends, Inc. announced that it has appointed Pamela Edwards as Chief Financial Officer, effective January 4, 2021. Ms. Edwards brings to the Company extensive experience in finance, strategy and operations leadership across a variety of retail brands and sectors. Most recently, Ms. Edwards spent fifteen years at L Brands Inc. as the Chief Financial Officer for the Mast Global division from 2017 to 2020, as the Chief Financial Officer of Victoria Secret division from 2007 to 2017, and as the Chief Financial Officer for the Express division from 2005 to 2007. Ms. Edwards currently serves on the Board of Neiman Marcus Group, LLC as Audit Chair.

The Company operates over 602 stores located in 33 states.
