China Economic Information Service announced that it expects to receive CNY 300 million in funding from Citic Press Corporation, CITIC Investment Holdings Limited, CITIC Securities Investment Limited

China Economic Information Service announced a placement of common shares for gross proceeds of not more than CNY 300 million on August 1, 2023. The transaction will include participation from new investors, Citic Press Corporation for not more than CNY 100 million, CITIC Investment Holdings Limited and CITIC Securities Investment Limited.
