City Sports and Recreation Public Company Limited announced at its AGM held on 25 April 2013, the shareholders approved the dividends payment for the year 2012 at THB 2.00 to the shareholders, the date for closing registration book will be on 07 May 2013, to be paid on 23 May 2013.

The company announced that at its AGM held on 25 April 2013, the shareholders approved the election of Mr. Punn Kasemsup as independent director, appoint new director to replace Mr. Chalermbhand Srivikorn.
