Virginie Masurel is appointed Director of CSR for the Korian Group

As of February 1, 2021, Virginie Masurel is appointed as Director of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for the Korian Group. In this role, she reports to Rémi Boyer, Group Executive Vice President Human Resources and CSR and member of the Group Management Board. Virginie Masurel was previously Vice President Group Audit and Internal Control.

Virginie Masurel will be responsible for defining and coordinating the Group's CSR policy in relation with all contributing departments and internal and external stakeholders. She will also steer the Group's sustainable development and CSR actions and ensure their consistency with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals and the Global Compact, of which Korian is a member. Her actions will contribute to the Korian Group's progress as a socially responsible company and as a recognized player in sustainable development.Virginie Masurel will also represent the Group to the various stakeholders, contribute to external communication actions and investor roadshows on CSR issues.

Virginie Masurel began her career in 1998 at KPMG where she carried out audit and consulting assignments, including two years in the New York office. In 2014, she joined the SAUR group as Audit VP and then joined Korian in September 2016 as VP Group Audit and Internal Control.

Virginie Masurel holds a master's degree in management sciences and a specialized master's degree in financial and tax management from the Sorbonne. She also holds the French chartered accountant and certified public accountant diploma.
