CLAS OHLSON AB There was great interest when Clas Ohlson's new store in central Lund in southern Sweden opened this morning. This store is Clas Ohlson's second store in Lund.
"It feels incredibly exciting to open another store in Lund and to now establish ourselves in the city centre. There has been a demand for Clas Ohlson in many years, and we know that we meet a great need with our wide and affordable range of products," says Andreas Helgesson, Country Operations Manager.
Many customers waited outside the store before the opening at 10 am today. The new store has a sales area of 630 square meters and is located on Stora Södergatan, near Stortorget in central Lund.
"We have a very good location where many people from Lund pass by every day. With our new store and our store in Nova Lund, it's now very convenient to shop what you need for your home fixing," says Andreas Helgesson.
The store opening is Clas Ohlson's first during the fiscal year 2024/2025, which began on 1 May. The goal is to open ten stores net during the fiscal year, and currently, eight more establishments are confirmed.
Clas Ohlson now has a total of 231 stores, of which in Sweden: 98, Norway: 95 and Finland: 38.
