Ms Elizabeth Harvey tendered her resignation as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CleanSpace in order to pursue other interests. She will remain with the business as she serves out her 3-month notice period. Ms Harvey will continue as a committed and passionate shareholder. Ms Harvey has been with the business for over 5 years. In that time, the Company listed on ASX and experienced the extreme challenges of responding to the Covid pandemic fuelled demand for CleanSpace products and solutions. In more recent times, she has been instrumental in managing the rightsizing of the
business. Ms Harvey will remain in her role through her notice period of 3 months, and during that time the Company will identify and announce a replacement CFO.
