Obton A/S acquired 65 MWp Solar Power Project in Germany from Clenergy (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603628) on February 6, 2020. Bankhaus von der Heydt acted as financial advisor and Buse Herberer Fromm acted as legal advisor to Obton A/S. First Solid Capital GmbH acted as financial advisor and Kanzlei Roettger acted as legal advisor to Clenergy.
Obton A/S completed the acquisition of 65 MWp Solar Power Project in Germany from Clenergy (Xiamen) Technology Co., Ltd. (SHSE:603628) on February 6, 2020.
