En virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 228 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 del segmento de negociación BME Growth de BME MTF Equity, ponemos en su conocimiento la siguiente información relativa a CLERHP Estructuras, S.A.:

Clerhp refuerza su presencia en República Dominicana con

la adquisición del 45% de la constructora Rodavi

Internacional, S.R.L.

La compañía amplía su presencia en la República Dominicana mediante la adquisición del 45% de la sociedad Rodavi Internacional, S.R.L., empresa constructora especializada en trabajos de albañilería y terminación.

Gracias a esta compra, CLERHP Estructuras aumenta su capacidad para afrontar las obras de los proyectos SHALEM PALM VILLAGE BOCA CHICA, SHALEM PALM VILLAGE VERÓN - PUNTA CANA y SHALEM PRADOS DE PEDRO BRAND, que suman un total de 135.000 viviendas.

Rodavi Internacional, S.R.L ha participado en proyectos como la Torre Anacaona 27 en Santo Domingo, y varios hoteles en la zona de Punta Cana, como el Hotel Sirenis, el Moon Palace, el Hotel Carabela, el Hotel Laurel y Hotel Cayo Levantado, entre otros. La constructora está especializada en trabajos de albañilería y terminaciones, lo que supone un complemento a CLERHP que está especializada en trabajos de estructuras. Con la adquisición de esta participación, CLERHP forja una alianza para reforzar las mencionadas áreas de conocimiento a nivel local.

Dada la magnitud de los proyectos a realizar, CLERHP continua en la búsqueda de alianzas y acuerdos con otras empresas constructoras y de servicios, tanto locales como internacionales, para garantizar la capacidad operativa necesaria para llevar a cabo los ambiciosos proyectos de SHALEM PALM VILLAGE.

The company expands its presence in the Dominican Republic through the acquisition of 45% of the company Rodavi Internacional, S.R.L., a construction company specializing in masonry and finishing works.

Thanks to this purchase, CLERHP Structures increases its capacity to face the works of the SHALEM PALM VILLAGE BOCA CHICA, SHALEM PALM VILLAGE VERÓN - PUNTA CANA and SHALEM PRADOS DE PEDRO BRAND projects, which add up to a total of 135,000 homes.
