En virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 228 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 del segmento de negociación BME Growth de BME MTF Equity, ponemos en su conocimiento la siguiente información relativa a CLERHP Estructuras, S.A.:

Clerhp suscribe un nuevo contrato en República

Dominicana por 2.275.950 euros

La filial de CLERHP Estructuras, Ingeniería y Estructuras del Caribe - INECAR, S.R.L., ha firmado en el día de ayer un nuevo contrato por importe total de 2.500.000 USD (aproximadamente 2.275.950 €). INECAR S.R.L., la filial caribeña de CLERHP, realizará los trabajos de Movimiento de Tierras y Estructura. El resto de los trabajos serán subcontratados a la también participada por CLERHP Rodavi Internacional S.R.L. por un importe aproximado de 1.600.000 €.

El alcance del proyecto comprende los servicios de diseño y ejecución en el proyecto Vista Palma Residences I, del promotor Natus Fortunatus Real State S.R.L., y supone el desarrollo de 64 villas de dos dormitorios en Verón, República Dominicana.

Con este contrato, CLERHP refuerza su posición en el mercado de República Dominicana, y consolida una cartera de proyectos contratados este ejercicio por 28 millones de euros.

Clerhp signs a new contract in the Dominican Republic for 2,275,950 euros

The subsidiary of CLERHP Structures, Engineering and Structures of the Caribbean - INECAR, S.R.L., has signed a new contract yesterday for a total amount of 2,500,000 USD (approximately €2,275,950). INECAR S.R.L., the Caribbean subsidiary of CLERHP, will carry out the work of Earthworks and Structure. The rest of the work will be subcontracted to CLERHP Rodavi Internacional S.R.L. for an approximate amount of €1,600,000.

The scope of the project includes the design and execution services in the Vista Palma Residences I project, of the promoter Natus Fortunatus Real State S.R.L., and involves the development of 64 two-bedroom villas in Verón, Dominican Republic.

With this contract, CLERHP strengthens its position in the Dominican Republic market, and consolidates a portfolio of projects contracted this year for 28 million euros.
