En virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 227 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 del segmento de negociación BME Growth de BME MTF Equity, ponemos en su conocimiento la siguiente información relativa a CLERHP Estructuras, S.A.:
Natus construirá 90 nuevas villas y apartamentos en República Dominicana, e Inecar desarrollará el proyecto por 3,75 millones de euros
INECAR, filial de CLERHP, desarrollará los trabajos de construcción del proyecto Vista Palma II en República Dominicana por importe de 3.982.500 USD (3.750.000 € aproximadamente).
El proyecto consiste en la construcción completa de 90 villas y apartamentos para la empresa Natus Fortunatus SRL, empresa la cual CLERHP adquirió el 53% por lo que en entrará en el perímetro de consolidación del grupo. Este contrato supone el segundo que la compañía Natus pone en el mercado.

Natus will build 90 new villas and apartments in the Dominican Republic, and Inecar will develop the project for 3.75 million euros
INECAR, a subsidiary of CLERHP, will carry out the construction work for the Vista Palma
project in the Dominican Republic for an amount of USD 3,982,500 (approximately €3,750,000).
The project consists of the complete construction of 90 villas and apartments for the company Natus Fortunatus SRL, a company of which CLERHP acquired 53%, so it will enter the consolidation perimeter of the group. This contract is the second that the Natus company puts on the market.
