En virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 228 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 del segmento de negociación BME Growth de BME MTF Equity, ponemos en su conocimiento la siguiente información relativa a CLERHP Estructuras, S.A.:

Clerhp suscribe nuevos contratos en Bolivia, Paraguay y

Republica Dominicana por 1,44 MM de euros

La filial Clerhp Estructuras Bolivia, S.R.L., ha suscrito un nuevo contrato para la realización de los trabajos de construcción de las estructuras de hormigón de un puente sobre el río Piraí por importe de 513.363 bolivianos (67.669€). Adicionalmente ha suscrito adendas al contrato de Colquiri, anteriormente anunciado como contrato marco, por importe de 279.243 bolivianos (36.808€). La filial CLERHP Estructuras Paraguay S.R.L. ha suscrito adendas dentro de contrato marco Zetta Village para la construcción de las estructuras de tres edificios por importe de 2.219.272.175 guaraníes (292.121€), iniciando así los primeros edificios del contrato marco de 500.000 m2 en 5 años. La filial Ingeniería y estructuras del caribe-Inecar S.R.L. ha firmado dos contratos por importe de 1.138.738 USD (1.044.714€) de los edificios Cana Cove y Coral Bahía de la empresa Noval Properties, cuyo inicio es inmediato.

Clerhp signs new contracts in Bolivia, Paraguay and the

Dominican Republic for 1.44 MM euros

The subsidiary Clerhp Estructuras Bolivia, S.R.L., has signed a new contract for the construction of the concrete structures of a bridge over the Piraí River for an amount of 513,363 Bolivianos (€67,669). Additionally, it has signed an addenda to the Colquiri contract, previously announced as a framework contract, for the amount of 279,243 Bolivianos (€36,808). The subsidiary CLERHP Estructuras Paraguay SRL has signed addenda within the Zetta Village framework contract for the construction of the structures of three buildings for an amount of 2,219,272,175 Guaraníes (€ 292,121), thus initiating the first buildings of the main contract of 500,000 m2 in 5 years. The subsidiary Ingeniería y estructuras del caribe-Inecar S.R.L. has signed two contracts for an amount of 1,138,738 USD (€1,044,714) for the Cana Cove and Coral Bahia buildings of the company Noval Properties, whose start is immediate.
