En virtud de lo previsto en el artículo 17 del Reglamento (UE) nº 596/2014 sobre abuso de mercado y en el artículo 228 del texto refundido de la Ley del Mercado de Valores, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 4/2015, de 23 de octubre, y disposiciones concordantes, así como en la Circular 3/2020 del segmento de negociación BME Growth de BME MTF Equity, ponemos en su conocimiento la siguiente información relativa a CLERHP Estructuras, S.A.:
Clerhp suscribe un contrato marco para la ingeniería y construcción de hasta 500.000 m2 de estructura de los edificios Zetta Village en Paraguay
La filial Clerhp Estructuras Paraguay, S.R.L. ha suscrito contrato marco con T&Y, S.A. para la ingeniería y construcción de las estructuras de los edificios Zetta Village en Paraguay. La empresa cliente prevé realizar hasta 500.000 m2 durante los próximos 5 años.
El importe aproximado del contrato supondría, en caso de ejecutarse la totalidad del alcance contratado en el contrato marco suscrito, un máximo de 20 millones de dólares americanos (aproximadamente 17,5 millones de euros) durante los próximos 5 años.

Clerhp signs a framework contract for the engineering and construction of up to 500,000 m2 of structure for the Zetta Village buildings in Paraguay
The subsidiary Clerhp Structures Paraguay, S.R.L. has signed a framework contract with T&Y, S.A. for the engineering and construction of the structures of the Zetta Village buildings in Paraguay. The client company plans to build up to 500,000 m2 over the next 5 years.
The approximate amount of the contract would suppose in case of executing the entire scope contracted in the signed framework contract, a maximum of 20 million US dollars (approximately 17.5 million euros) during the next 5 years.
