Clicks Group Limited Approves Interim Gross Ordinary Dividend for the Period Ended 29 February 2024, Payable on 1 July 2024

Clicks Group Limited approved an interim gross ordinary dividend for the period ended 29 February 2024 of 210.0 cents per share (2023: 185.0 cents per share). The source of the dividend will be from distributable reserves and paid in cash. Record date is 28 June 2024, Payment to shareholders 1 July 2024 and Shares trade "ex" the dividend 26 June 2024.
