CTGen Co.,Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A036170) agreed to acquire Dae Won Mutual Savings & Finance Co. Ltd. from Dae-A M.S.F.C Co., Ltd. for KRW 16.2 billion on November 27, 2018. CTGen Co.,Ltd. will acquire 10.9 million shares of Dae Won Mutual Savings & Finance Co. Ltd. in cash. CTGen Co.,Ltd. paid KRW 1.62 billion on November 27, 2018 and the remaining balance of KRW 14.58 billion will be paid within a period of ten business days from the day when all the prerequisites of closing the transaction are met. The Board of Directors of CTGen Co.,Ltd. passed a resolution for the transaction on November 27, 2018. Daehyun Accounting Corporation acted as the external rating agency.
