CodeLab Capital AS is prepared to commence reporting on operational numbers for
its subsidiary Uniscale AS. We aim to provide updates on actual KPIs at the
beginning of each month.

In the short and medium term, the company will focus solely on historical
figures due to the uncertainty surrounding guidance and forecasts. 

Uniscale is currently in the initial phase of scaling up, navigating the
uncertainties and risks associated with this stage. The company's initial focus
is on the European market, with strategically established sales offices in
Barcelona and Copenhagen.

Henning Emil Olesen, Head of Sales, shares his excitement, stating, "The past
four months have been incredibly exhilarating for us. Operationally we are
building everything from the ground up - from ERP systems to sales presentations
and employee training. In addition we are dealing with day-to-day challenges to
optimize the commercial operations with continuously promising results. Our
product undoubtedly offers substantial value to the market, whether with or
without the new AI plugin, and we've received keen interest from potential
clients. We are still in a learning phase where understanding lead times and
refining our product are key. Initially we have reached out to selected SME
customers, but lately we have experienced increasing demand from larger
clients."

Going forward the monthly reported numbers will encompass actual KPIs for the
last month and year-to-date (YTD). Additionally, we will disclose the weighted
volume of the deal pipeline, although this remains subject to high uncertainty
in the next six months until a more robust dataset provides better analytical
evidence. The company will with due care  make necessary adjustments as we
progress.

As of March 1, 2024, the actual YTD numbers are as follows:
Unique users on the product: 541
Unique company logos won: 15 
Weighted value of deal pipeline: 45
Churn company logos: 2

By 'users,' we mean registrations with unique email addresses. One company logo
can contain multiple seats. Weighted volume of pipeline consists of potential
customers in the deal pipeline with the weighted probability. 'Won' represents
company logos that have registered a credit card for payment.

We remain very confident in our product and its future potential. Our focus in
the short and medium term is to strengthen commercial efforts, boost sales,
improve product communication, enhance UX in the product, and refine
self-onboarding processes, to deliver an even better product and achieve even
better numbers in the future.
