Patientsky Group AS Proposes A Cash Dividend, Payment Date of 12 May

PatientSky Group AS has proposed a cash dividend of NOK 2.50 per share, in total NOK 497,156,718. Should the EGM resolve to pay a dividend, shares in PatientSky Group AS will be traded ex-dividend of NOK 2.50 per share as from 2 May 2023. Last day including right: 28 April 2023, Ex-date: 2 May 2023, Record date: 3 May 2023, and Payment date: 12 May.
