Columbia Sportswear Company reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2021. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was USD 1,129.72 million compared to USD 915.62 million a year ago. Net income was USD 156.96 million compared to USD 95.76 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.41 compared to USD 1.45 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 2.39 compared to USD 1.44 a year ago.
For the full year, sales was USD 3,126.4 million compared to USD 2,501.55 million a year ago. Net income was USD 354.11 million compared to USD 108.01 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 5.37 compared to USD 1.63 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was USD 5.33 compared to USD 1.62 a year ago.
