On August 29, 2020, Mr. R. Scott Trumbull, a director of Columbus McKinnon Corporation (the "Company") passed away. Mr. Trumbull served as Chair of the Compensation and Succession Committee and on the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.

On August 31, 2020, the Company issued a press release announcing the death of Mr. Trumbull. A copy of the press release is filed with this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
