Community Bank System, Inc. (NYSE:CBU) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 2,697,000 shares. The repurchase program is subject to approval of company?s regulators.
The program is valid for 12 months from January 1, 2024.

The All Other segment comprises wealth management and insurance services.
