Community West Bancshares is a bank holding company. The Company, through its subsidiary, Community West Bank, N.A., provides full-service banking services. The Company is focused on relationship-based banking to small and medium-sized businesses and their owners, professional, high-net worth individuals, and non-profit organizations in the communities served by its branch offices. The Company's products and services include deposit products such as checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts and fixed rate, fixed maturity certificates of deposits, cash management products, and lending products, including commercial, commercial real estate, agricultural, and consumer loans. The Company has seven California branch banking offices located in Goleta, Oxnard, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Santa Maria, Ventura, and Paso Robles.
