NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS

Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná ("Sanepar"), ("Company"), informs its shareholders and the market at large that in attention to the provisions of CVM Resolution 81/2022, and the guidance provided in the Circular Letter/Year-2024- CVM/SEP, the shareholder Real Investor Asset Management as a minority and preferred shareholder of Sanepar, timely nominated Ms. Joisa Campanher Dutra Saraiva and Mr. Reginaldo Ferreira Alexandre to the positions of minority and preferred titular members, respectively, of the Company's Board of Directors, whose Annual General Meeting, will be held on 04/29/2024, at 2:00 pm. The candidate's information related to items 7.3 to 7.6 of the Reference Form is available in Exhibit I (Portuguese only).
