NOTICE TO THE MARKET

Companhia de Saneamento do Paraná ("Sanepar"), ("Company"), in compliance with the provisions of CVM Resolutions informs its shareholders, investors and the market at large that today, the Board of Directors, at its 3rd/2024 Ordinary Meeting, deliberated on the following proposals regarding the Company's personnel management:

1. Conducting a Public Tender process aimed at hiring personnel starting from the current fiscal year;
2. Implementation of a Voluntary Separation Program (VSP), with the enrollment process for eligible employees scheduled to take place at the beginning of the year 2025.

These proposals are still subject to administrative procedures, including the hiring of an institution to conduct the Public Tender, aiming at the effective implementation.

The company will keep the market informed about the progress of these matters.
