Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais - COPASA MG, pursuant to CVM Instruction No. 481/2009, informs its shareholders that, as per the Corporate Events Calendar disclosed to the market, the date scheduled for the Annual Shareholders' Meeting ("ASM") is 29 April 2022.
The Company also informs that other information and guidance on the ASM will be made available in a timely manner, upon the disclosure of the Call Notice, the Management's Proposal and the Distance Voting Bulletin.
