Compass, Inc. announced that Greg Hart, Chief Operating Officer of Compass, will depart the Company, effective December 31, 2023. Subsequently, the role of Chief Operating Officer will be eliminated. Under Mr. Hart?s previously-disclosed Change in Control and Severance Agreement, he will be entitled to receive certain severance benefits.
