Government of Jordan signed an agreement to acquire 51% stake in Comprehensive Multiple Transportations Company from City Group Co. KSC (KWSE:CITYGROUP) for $10.5 million on January 29, 2013. The purchase consideration of $10.5 million will be paid equally over 10 years starting from 2013.
