NTT Communications Corporation signed a contract to acquire assets and businesses related to Kanagawa Second Data Center from Computer Engineering & Consulting, Ltd. (TSE:9692) for ¥800 million in cash on March 6, 2015. The sales for the business to be transferred are ¥2 billion. Kanagawa Second Data Center reported total assets of ¥6.9 billion as of March 6, 2015.

The transaction was resolved by Board of Directors of Computer Engineering & Consulting on March 6, 2015. The business transfer date is March 6, 2015.
