Consensus Cloud Solutions shares were down 13% Monday following news of the stock's March 18 removal from the S&P SmallCap 600.

The stock was recently at $14.30 and is down about 46% this year.

S&P Dow Jones Indices, announcing several index changes to coincide with the quarterly rebalance, said Friday that cloud technology provider Consensus and other companies are being removed as they are no longer representative of the small-cap market space.

Consensus said Feb. 21 that fourth-quarter revenue fell 2.7% to $87.8 million, primarily due to a decline in the small office/home office category.
