Control Print Limited Declares Interim Dividend, Payable on or After February 07, 2020

Control Print Limited at the Board meeting held on January 25, 2020 declared interim dividend of INR 3.5 per equity shares (35%) on the face value of INR 10 per equity shares and fixed February 05, 2020 as record date for interim dividend and will be paid on or after February 07, 2020.
