An unknown buyer entered into sale and purchase agreements to acquire 15.7% stake in DCB Holdings Limited (SEHK:8040) from Advance Goal Group Limited for HKD 15.7 million on October 7, 2021. Consideration is set to HKD 0.3125 per share and after closing Advance Goal will hold 51.3% stake.
