Corero Network Security PLC - Amersham, Buckinghamshire-based distributed denial of service cyber defence solutions - Says Chief Executive Officer Lionel Chmilewsky will resign on February 28 to "pursue other opportunities" after joining the role in July, 2020. Says he will remain with Corero until May 31 to ensure a smooth handover.

Corero moves Non-Executive Chair Jens Montanana to executive chair. Additionally, the company's former Chief Financial Officer & Non-Executive Director Andrew Miller will become chief operating officer with effect from March 1. Last month, Miller reverted to his role as a non-executive director after being named as interim CFO in December. He has been a non-executive director of Corero since May 2020.
